To excel in the Maintenance Specialist role at Skyline Center, Inc., you'll need a diverse set of skills and qualifications. This includes having a valid driver's license (D2 Preferred) with a good driving record and access to an insured and privately owned vehicle. Your ability to work in various weather conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks like climbing ladders, bending, and squatting will be key to succeeding in this position. With at least 1 year of general maintenance experience under your belt and a High School Diploma or equivalent, you'll be well-prepared to tackle the day-to-day challenges of maintaining our facilities.
