This workshop is for those who want a different perspective on a concept that affects us all. How to forgive ourselves and others. Our new therapist and life coach here at the Holistic Health Hub, Carrie Miller, will provide some science behind what can make forgiveness seem so difficult at times.
Prepare for Fun, Laughter, Tears, Analogies, Hands-on Experiments, Shared Stories and Knowledge that can be put into action as soon as you leave the workshop. Please attend if you want to hear forgiveness of self and others explained in a way you may never have heard it explained before. Our workshop is open to both men and women, in a confidential setting, no conversations will be shared outside of our meeting space. See you there!
