This cohort-based training program is specifically tailored to managers looking to improve their leadership capability for maximum career and organizational success. The six-course series provides proven skills immediately applicable on the job using both academic theory and skills-based training. This course is held virtually from 8 a.m. to noon bi-weekly. A leadership skills assessment is included with the cost of the course.
