Governor Kim Reynolds proclaims April as Keep Iowa Beautiful month in a ceremony at the formal office of the Governor at the State Capitol in Des Moines. And also honoring Delmar Mayor Patti Hardin with the Donald F. Lamberti Award for Community Visioning for 2022 in making Delmar a better place to live with her outstanding leadership. Megan Clark of Grand Mound will receive the Fultz Scholarship Award for community planning from the Keep Iowa Beautiful Board.
