Integrated Tapping Techniques is a powerful method to reduce the unhelpful symptoms
associated with stress, anxiety, phobias, and so much more. The change is powerful, and
happens very quickly. For most people, within just a few short minutes they are able identify
the changes that have taken place.
This Introduction and demonstration is suitable for the general public with no previous
experience in Tapping Techniques. This is an interactive event where participants will
actually learn to apply a basic technique on themselves that many people have reported as
having a profound effect on symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, phobias, addictions,
and chronic pain. Participants will also receive materials to help them utilize this technique
on an ongoing basis.
