What: To help the Intermediate School collect shoes to support micro-enterprise vendors in third world countries. Micro-enterprises are small businesses in developing nations. They are operated by citizens, usually a family or a group of neighbors.
When: February 12-April 12
How: Donate new or gently used shoes of any type. Please no rips, holes, broken, or dirty shoes. Ask that they tie any shoes together with it laces and to rubber band the other pairs. The more shoes the better!
Dropoff: Intermediate School (1010 4th Ave East) from 7:30-4:00pm (week days only through April 12)
Goal: CDIS has set a goal of 2500 pairs of shoes!
