The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting Wednesday, June 19 to discuss the U.S. 30 Planning Study, from just east of Lisbon to just west of DeWitt, and to gather public feedback on the materials presented, which include the preliminary road profiles, potential corridor limits, and economic analysis along the corridor. Findings from this study will guide future environmental considerations and design improvements in the coming years. An introductory video explaining the purpose and initial studies completed for the U.S. 30 Planning Study was released on April 3, 2019 and is still available for you to view at: www.iowadot.gov/pim.
All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. at the North Cedar High School gymnasium, 400 Ball Street, in Clarence. The meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. Iowa DOT staff will be present to informally discuss the planning study. No formal presentation will be made.
The meeting space is accessible for persons with disabilities. If you require special accommodations at the meeting, please notify the Iowa DOT contact listed below by June 17, 2019. If you are not able to attend this meeting, information and materials will be available online: www.iowadot.gov/pim.
