The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque is partnering with the East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) to offer this free virtual workshop for nonprofit professionals on Wednesday, January 27th at 11:00 am.
Marla Quinn, Grants and Municipal Coordinator, has been with the ECIA for 19 years; the last 17 as a Grant Writer. She has successfully secured Federal, State, and Local grants totaling over $21 million for trail and other outdoor recreation projects, new libraries, after school programs, youth drug and alcohol use prevention, downtown building restoration, street projects, and transit facilities.
