"I hate meetings!" Are those words you have said or have heard from others? Meetings are how we get things done and should be productive, produce value and have the feeling of accomplishment! When you learn how to have GREAT MEETINGS, everyone involved benefits. We should look forward to producing amazing work in our meetings! This session will be facilitated by Pam Hillary, Executive Master Coach and Leadership Development Specialist.
During the program we will:
★ Learn how to produce excellent agendas so that people WANT to attend the meetings
★ Skilled facilitation of meetings
★ Meeting minutes
★ Everyone speaks; it is our responsibility to contribute
★ Keep them short and productive
★ Don’t have a meeting unless you must!
★ Who is going to do what by when and follow up (X by Y)
★ Closing a meeting well
★ Discussion of mindmap graphic

Check-in and lunch is available from 11:30 am to 12 noon.  The program will begin at 12 noon and end around 1 pm. 
-$12 for Member.  Discounts will be applied for specific DCDC Membership Tiers. You will be notified after registration if you receive a discount.
-Not Yet Members are $20
*Those that register, but do not attend will be invoiced.
