DeWitt Community Hospital Foundation Golf Outing
Golf, anyone? This four person Best Ball Outing includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, heavy hors d'oeuvres, steak and shrimp dinner and more. Proceeds support the purchase of a 64 slice CT scanner at GMC-DeWitt. Not a golfer but want to support the cause? Purchase a $5 raffle ticket. Prizes include: A Fitbit Charge, Family Fun Pass for 4 to Niabi Zoo (Coal Valley/Moline), Family Fun Pass for 4 to AirFx Trampoline Park (Cedar Rapids, IA), two tickets to a fall 2015 home Iowa football game, $50 Gift Certificate to Dick's Sporting Goods, $50 of DeWitt Chamber Bucks, $50 Gift Certificate to Springbrook Country Club, plus many additional prizes!
