Chicken and Ribs will be provided by the Charlotte Locker. St. Louis style Spare Ribs (3 racks) & 10 bone-in Chicken Thighs. Beef (no brisket) & Open must be provided on your own.
Charcoal or wood fire fuels only - No electric, gas or pellet smokers allowed. Meat can be picked up beginning at 7 a.m. at Charlotte Locker. Cooking begins after inspection.
