Did you know that Iowa hosted over 25,000 German, Italian, and Japanese POWs during World War II? Author Linda McCann has talked with Iowans who worked with prisoners of war during this time, and she'll share their experiences and stories during her presentation on Monday, April 29th at 3pm.
Linda will also have copies of her book, "Prisoners of War in Iowa", available for purchase along with other books she has written on various points of Iowa history.
